Please follow below instructions to remove and reconnect your Hardwired Smart Outlet to the CE Smart App on your new or updated network.


First, ensure that you are connected to your new or updated 2.4 GHz network on your phone/tablet with the CE Smart App.


If your Smart Outlet(s) are still connected to the CE Smart App, please follow below instructions (PER DEVICE):

-Open CE Smart App

-Click on Smart Outlet device

-Click on the three dots “…” or the pencil icon in the top right corner

-Scroll to the very bottom and click “Remove Device”


This should initiate the LED on the outlet to begin rapidly flashing.


As soon as the LED is flashing, within CE Smart App, click add device and follow the steps to re-connect (ensuring you are choosing to connect to your new 2.4 GHz network and entering the corresponding network password).


If your Smart Outlet has been removed from the CE Smart App, follow the below steps to initiate blue flashing LED (PER DEVICE):

Press and hold the power button (in the middle of the outlet) until the left LED light turns on and begins to flash, about 10 seconds


Once the left LED light is flashing, within the CE Smart App, click add device and follow the steps to re-connect (ensuring you are choosing to connect to your new 2.4 GHz network and entering the corresponding network password).
