How does the Smart Outlet work? What does each outlet control? Print

There are two outlets on the Smart Outlet receptacle.

Top Outlet: Standard AC outlet, always “on” after wired into wall, cannot connect to or be controlled by WiFi.

Bottom Outlet: WiFi Controlled Outlet, can be controlled and turned on/off through the CE Smart App.
